On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I would like to invite you to participate in the International Scientific & Engineering Forum 2013 (ISEF 2013) to be held at Pearlmont Inn,, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines on July 17—19, (Wednesday – Friday), 2013, with the theme “Fostering Research and Innovation in Engineering & Technology”. The forum is organized and to be hosted by the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers –Cagayan de Oro Chapter (PIChE-CdeO).

The forum will feature renowned plenary speakers, parallel technical sessions, interactive poster sessions and entertaining social functions. Intending authors are invited to contribute highquality papers. All abstracts are to be submitted electronically through the forum’s email address by May 15, 2013.
